The DENR offices in the Botanical Gardens are open from 8:50am to 4:45pm for licensing dogs. Masks must be worn when entering the building, and physical distancing must be observed. Payments may be made to the cashier. There is no option for online payment. If your renewal form indicates that the animal has not been spayed/neutered, and in fact the animal has been spayed/neutered, please also bring a veterinary spay/neuter certificate for a reduced licence fee.
